1.How can I find a suitable lens mount？

Pinhole lens is available for Mount  EF, F, A, PK, M4/3, X, and E. Please kindly check your camera mount and choose the suitable one.

2.Does Pinhole lens come with lens caps?

Yes, pinhole lens series all come with both front and back lens caps, which is made by sturdy plastic. Meanwhile, if you prefer a full lluminum lens cap, it is on sale as well. Pplease click here to get one.

3.Why does my lens not focused？

Pinhole lens restores the principle of pinhole imaging, so there is no focusing effect. Picture presented is blurry and dreamy effect. We encourage artists to experiment and have fun!

4.I can't press the shutter when the lens is attached. What should I do?

Pinhole lens is glass-less, so most cameras cannot detect if the lens is attached. Please kindly enable release shutter w/o lens in camera settings and you will be able to shoot.

5.Why did I shoot all the pictures in black after installing the lens?

Make sure shooting conditions is sufficient with light. If image is still in dark, please try to adjust the exposure to manual exposure and extend the exposure time.

6.How to prevent dust from getting into pinhole lens?

UV filter is an good choice. Then, your lens and sensor will be completely sealed from the outside. Ulta-slim UV fillter is on sale, please click here to get one.

7.How to take care of my pinhole lens?

It's recommended to use the camera cleaning brush and air blower to clean the dust on the lens.
